Kwete is the Ag. Deputy Executive Director and substantive Head of the Communications and Information Management Department of the Central Region Development Commission (CEDECOM) in Cape Coast, Ghana.

As a ‘Santaclausian’ Kwete read Science for his WAEC Ordinary Level and Arts with Business and Fine Art at his Advanced Levels at Adisadel College.

Subsequently, Kwete attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) in Ghana and went on to acquire a Post Graduate Diploma in Management  (Banking & Finance) from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.

Kwete further read a Master’s Program in Project Management in Aberdeen (Scotland) and graduated from The Robert Gordon University (RGU) with an MSc. In Project Management. Alongside his Masters Program in Scotland, Kwete undertook a professional course in Project Management thus attaining an IPMA Level D Certificate in Project Management.

Kwete is therefore a recognised member of both the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and the Association for Project Management (APM) – UK

Kwete’s working career has span over the Media landscape, having worked with radio stations such as, GFM Radio On-Line Ltd., (Walthamstow, UK), ASHH FM (Kumasi, Ghana) and SKYY POWER FM, (Takoradi, Ghana).With reading and writing as his hobbies, Kwete has already authored and published a book (Reasonable Service… A Ration Of My Passion).

Kwete is a Christian and attends Harvest Chapel International (Cape Coast Branch).Kwete is blessed with a gorgeous wife (Nana Aba Quaynor) and three beautiful daughters – Kweinorkie, Kweinorkuor and Maamele.
